As I mentioned previously I had to make an axolotl cake for my friend's birthday. She has a pet axolotl and is generally an avid axolotl fan, so of course wanted an axolotl cake. It was certainly an unusual request, but not an impossible one. The cake is a white chocolate mudcake with white chocolate butter cream frosting.
